guacho

Definition
A soupy rice cooked in its own stew until thick. The seafood version is for celebrations; pork tail with ñame is the everyday fonda version and the one most eaten.
Example
On Sundays my grandmother makes guacho de rabito.Los domingos mi abuela hace guacho de rabito.
