Definition

Central America's first metro system, opened in 2014. Line 1 connects Albrook with the north of the city; Line 2 runs east to Nuevo Tocumen, with a branch to the airport. A third line, toward Panamá Oeste, is under construction. It transformed commuting times in the capital.
